Returns

All sales are final; however, we accept returns for artwork damaged in transit. You may contact us by phone within seven days of receiving the artwork to inform us of the damage and provide the title of artwork purchased. When you call, we will provide you with authorization for an exchange or to receive a credit on your Christelle store account. After you have received authorization, return the item to us in its original packaging, if possible. Your exchange will be processed upon receipt of damaged artwork, and we will either credit your account or ship your replacement within seven (7) days.

Shipping

Paintings and prints will be shipped first class via U.S. Postal Service, and only inside the continental U.S..  We do not ship to Hawaii or other countries.

Christelle Fine Art offers FREE shipping on all PRINTS. 🙂

Sales Tax

No sales tax charged on purchases except those shipped to Arizona addresses.
